Parliamentarians consider JPR data

UK parliamentarians participated in a thoughtful and animated debate about the changing nature of the UK Jewish population, following a JPR presentation at Portcullis House.

The event, chaired by Mike Freer MP (Conservative, Finchley and Golders Green), enabled a cross-party group of MPs and peers to explore some of the implications of the data generated by the 2011 UK Census, as well as recent Community Security Trust statistics on antisemitic incidents.

JPR's research is regularly utilised by parliamentarians from all parties to understand trends in British Jewry.
